# Is Preferly legit?

Preferly is run by Avant Tech Solutions PR LLC, a company in Puerto Rico. Payment goes through Stripe, so we never see your card. You can run a free check and read an example report before paying, and if your $99 report finds no fixes, you get a full refund. Here’s how to check each of those yourself.

## Who runs it

Preferly is a product of Avant Tech Solutions PR LLC, a company in Puerto Rico. You can reach us at hello@preferly.ai or through the contact page.

## How you can check the product before paying

- **Run the free check.** The free check asks 3 AI models about your business. You need an email for the code; one free check per email.
- **Read the example report.** The example report shows what the $99 report includes, section by section.
- **Read how it works.** The methodology page lists the questions, the models and how results are scored. Every report shows its date and the exact questions asked.
- **Check the claims in your own report.** When the report says AI contradicts your website, it quotes the line on your site beside it, so you can verify each one in a minute.

## Payment and refunds

- **Stripe handles payment.** You pay on Stripe’s checkout page. We get back the order status and amount, never your card number.
- **$99, once.** No subscription, nothing renews.
- **Refund if it finds nothing:** If your report finds no fixes, email us within 7 days and we'll give you a full refund.
- **Refund if it fails:** if the report can’t be produced because too many AI models stay unavailable, the refund is automatic.
- Other refund requests are handled case by case at hello@preferly.ai.

## What we do with your data

- We don’t sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
- We don’t send your email address to the AI model providers.
- We delete data on a schedule: free check results after 24 months unless you bought a report, free AI crawler checks after 7 days, payment records after 7 years for tax. The full table is in the privacy policy.

## What we don’t claim

- We don’t promise AI will recommend you. No one can.
- We don’t check every AI. The report covers 10 AI models; Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot aren’t checked yet.
- A report is a snapshot of one day. AI answers change.

## Our crawler

PreferlyBot says who it is in every request, follows robots.txt, signs its requests and never submits a form. It’s described on the PreferlyBot page, with how to block it.
