What Preferly is not

It’s not a subscription, an agency or a promise that AI will recommend you.

What Preferly is
A report you buy once. It asks 10 leading AI models the questions a new customer would ask, with web search on, and shows every answer in full. It tells you whether AI names your business, who it names instead, where it contradicts your website (quoted beside the line on your site that disagrees), and whether AI crawlers can reach your site. What Preferly is not
Not a subscription. The report is $99, paid once. There’s no monthly plan and nothing renews. The price includes one free re-scan within 30 days, so you can compare before and after.
Not a sales process. There’s no demo to book and no call. You start the free check or buy the report on the website. The report is usually ready in about 5 minutes.
Not an agency or a done-for-you service. Preferly doesn’t log in to your website or change anything on it. You, or whoever runs your site, apply the fixes. Every fix comes with the exact text or code to paste.
Not a monitoring tool. A report is a dated snapshot of what AI said on one day. It doesn’t track your visibility every week.
Not a promise that AI will recommend you. No one can promise that. AI answers change from day to day and from person to person. Preferly shows what AI says now and what on your site and listings may be holding you back.
Not a way to pay AI to list you. Preferly has no deal with any AI company and can’t place your business in an answer.
Not a check of every AI. The full report covers 10 AI models through their APIs. Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot aren’t checked yet.
Not an SEO rank tracker. Preferly doesn’t report your Google ranking or keyword positions. It looks at what AI models say when customers ask them.
Not a review service. Preferly doesn’t write, buy or ask for reviews for you.
Not a crawler that runs on its own. PreferlyBot, our crawler, visits your site when someone requests a check of it. It says who it is, follows robots.txt and never submits a form.
Not a reseller of your data. We don’t sell your personal data or share it for advertising, and we don’t send your email address to OpenRouter or any AI model provider.
If the report finds nothing to fix
If your report finds no fixes, email us within 7 days and we'll give you a full refund.
